  These large and very polished malachite pieces show just how beautifully the black and deeper greens of malachite come together to create such unique pieces. The silky luster of the circles and waves are always so distinct in malachite and play a large part in why malachite remains a popular and sought after stone. These pieces are highly polished - they won't flake or scratch. They make great display pieces or could even be used in a way similar to a paperweight - a very beautiful paperweight :)
  Each piece is what one may consider 'finer' on one side versus the other. It really depends on your preference. The second and third pictures should display what I am trying to say pretty well.
  
  I have four pieces (please see the second image where I've numbered them) and they are sized as follows:
  
  1. 22 ounces, 5 by 3 inches
  2. 15.6 ounces, 3.5 by 3 inches
  3. 19 ounces, 4 by about 3 inches
  4. 14.2 ounces, 3.5 by 3.5 - not a square due to irregular edges, but more square than the others
