Hi, I’m Kris (or Kat), and I run this crystal shop with my trusty shop cat, Barn. I started this store during the peak of the pandemic, driven by my love for crystals and the fascinating world of geology. Each stone in my collection is unique, and I love sharing that wonder with others.
Originally from New England, I spent some time in the Midwest before settling in sunny Sarasota. I naturally gravitate toward green stones—my favorites include Prehnite in Epidote, Lodolite Quartz, Vivianite, and Moss Agate. Born on the cusp of Gemini and Taurus, I appreciate the balance between curiosity and stability, both in life and in my work.
Beyond crystals, I studied Anthropology and am endlessly fascinated by the world in all its little corners. I’m also a gamer (currently deep into Baldur’s Gate 3) and a devoted cat person—my cats mean everything to me.
As someone with an anxiety disorder, I understand the importance of finding comfort and connection. If you’re struggling with mental health, please know you’re not alone. As a queer woman and a survivor of domestic violence, this shop holds deep meaning for me, and I strive to make it a space of positivity and warmth. Whether you're here to find a new crystal, ask a question, or just chat, I want you to have a wonderful experience—so never hesitate to reach out.
